Having written fifteen reports, Lucky enjoys a rookmark of 43 and a lifetime average of 8.4737. His most successful effort chronicles the rise of the Roman Empire in "A Roman Winter: Part I," a standout that received a 9.8 from the site's raters (not surprisingly, perhaps, Lucky has not yet released a Part II). Lucky's "This Ain't StarCraft," one of the first reports on WarCraft III, was another impressive submission that received a hundred comments and boasts a 9 rating. Report Style: Lucky's reports are characterized by good formatting, lucid writing, wry humour, attention to detail and a willingness to report new gametypes. Personality: A slavish devotion to money maps characterizes Lucky's battle.net gaming, although Lucky displays a ferish, never-say-die attitude in one-on-one, regular-map competitions. This tenacity has enabled him to challenge and defeat more talented opponents in the past. Unfortunately, Lucky's kindly heart prevents him from grasping the art of subterfuge and deception; in fact, he was fooled into visiting tubgirl.com by a simple ruse. Status: An excellent programmer, Lucky is one of the leading figures in battlereports.com's redesign. With a blog covering his attempts to reconstruct the site and a rook's corner special, Lucky is an entrenched presence on battlereports.com (much like Saddam before the fall). Owing to his successes as a battlereporter and generally competent human being, Lucky is an active report rater and site administrator. |
